What I need from you when you are ready for me to send the enrollment link by email:

**Date of Birth (you must be at least 18)
**Category Choice (this is just your goal for now - 1 is a customer only, 2 is a $500-$5000 monthly income goal, 3 is a $5000 or more monthly income goal)

Once I get the enrollment link to you and you complete your portion, the business kit will ship out UPS to you, and I will send your welcome e-mails to you right away and also activate your free team web-site that you will need to get started with your online training (if you are a category 2 or 3.)
